Sharon Thomas joined PCX Corporation as Brand Development and General Manager to assume the role previously held by Mark Di Lillo, who has retired. She is an experienced leader in the data center industry, bringing more than 20 years of progressive experience and leadership to the organization in many areas such as Product Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Operations. Prior to joining PCX and the Hubbell family of brands, Thomas held a variety of leadership roles in several organizations and industries, always driving growth and profitability. These roles included Americas Director of Custom Products, Data Center Infrastructure Manufacturing, Strategic Product Manager, Data Center Air Handling Business, Manager, Product Management, HVAC Industry, Global Product Manager and Global Industry Manager, Consumer Electronics. Most recently Thomas was honored with two significant digital industry awards, Infrastructure Mason IM100 2022 and “Top 25 Women in Technology – 2023” by Mission Critical.

PCX Corporation’s Director of Modular Solutions responsible for managing the business on a day-to-day basis. Prior to joining PCX, Pollock held leadership positions in engineering and operations for both Parker Hannifin and Eaton Corporation. His operations experience includes the successful implementation of ISO9001, for Eaton, where he served as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Pollock earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alfred University, in New York, and has an extensive background in project management and design of mechanical and advanced electrical systems.

Bret Lehman brings to PCX over 30 years of successful technology leadership experience, from IBM Corporation, where he managed end-to-end product support for IBM’s prefabricated modular data center Edge computing programs and was recognized as an innovative subject matter expert in modular data center design, operational best practices, and Data Center Infrastructure Management solutions. He earned recognition as an IBM “Master Inventor” for obtaining 24 patents in the areas of high efficiency data center cooling, data center management, analytical tools, and IT cooling designs. As an industry thought leader Bret is a frequent presenter at industry events such as Data Center Dynamics. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with Honors, from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina.

Paul Schneider joined PCX Corporation as Director of Sales. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in various industries from software programming to all facets of data center hardware, Power, UPS, Cooling, DCiM and complete understanding of the structural operations of the data center. Paul has spent the vast majority of his career working with Hyperscale data centers to achieve net outcomes of balanced PUE and DCiE. Paul’s strategic outlook has helped the industry achieve its goals from power, cooling, security and space utilization. Paul’s background in running external and internal sales teams has helped propel some of the top companies in the data center marketplace to achieve their defined sales objectives.

Engineering Manager
Engineering Manager
PCX Corporation’s Engineering Manager who oversees design, development, and production of engineering drawings for custom projects. Jason Ball joined the PCX team in 2011 after coming from the fluid package and integration industry, where he engineered domestic, fire, chilled, and heated water systems for commercial and industrial applications. Jason has a combined 10 years’ experience designing and integrating modular systems. Ball earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 2004, and is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of North Carolina.
