Prior to joining PCX, Pollock held leadership positions in engineering and operations for both Parker Hannifin and Eaton Corporation. His operations experience includes the successful implementation of ISO9001, for Eaton, where he served as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Pollock earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alfred University, in New York, and has an extensive background in project management and design of mechanical and advanced electrical systems.

Matt Effron brings to PCX experience in the areas of Product Management, Business Development, Data Center partnerships and Operations. Prior to joining PCX, Effron lead innovation and over 30 successful major launches from Eaton and Schneider Electric, where he developed next-generation power solutions for a variety of global applications. He has partnered with Hyperscale and leading Enterprise engineering teams to build the future of data center infrastructure including hardware, cooling, UPS, DCiM and structural operations. As an industry thought leader, Effron has been and will continue to be a frequent presenter at industry events. Effron holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University and an MBA from Rutgers University.

PCX Corporation’s Engineering Manager who oversees design, development, and production of engineering drawings for custom projects. Jason Ball joined the PCX team in 2011 after coming from the fluid package and integration industry, where he engineered domestic, fire, chilled, and heated water systems for commercial and industrial applications. Jason has a combined 10 years’ experience designing and integrating modular systems. Ball earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in 2004, and is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of North Carolina.

PCX’s Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing plants and the employees. Prior to joining PCX, Studt held leadership positions in engineering, supply chain and operations for Eaton Corporation, Sensaria and most recently Wakefield Thermal. Before entering manufacturing Studt served eight years as an officer in the United States Army. Studt earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has an extensive background in materials management and operations leadership.
